I am Henry wins ‘6’ LA Cinema Festival awards
I AM HENRY kicks off the New Year with a bang!
Flying Dutchman Films has won awards in ‘6’ categories at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood, Winter 2016, for the short I AM HENRY. This is a great achievement for the whole team and a brilliant start to the new year.
The winning categories are:
Best Narrative Short
Best Director (Jan Hendrik Verstraten)
Best Actor (Sebastian Street)
Best Actress (Fleur Keith)
Best Cinematography (Simon Rowling)
Best Original Score (Louis Sebastian Mander)
LACFH provides independent filmmakers with the opportunity to have their work recognized, judged and awarded. Past winners have included Jean Reno (Best Actor), Cybil Shepherd (Best Actress), Ed Harris (Best Supporting Actor) and Rosanna Arquette (Best Actress).
The film will be given its first international screening at the festival in Hollywood, on 7th January 2016. If you live in the area and would like to go see it, tickets for the festival are still available.
